I come to you with a little update from The Fandom Gives Back.
As of 8:00am on Wednesday June 30th the total amount raised by the fandom is $17,463! WOW! That is truly amazing. You are all being so supportive, whether it’s donating your time, crafts, or writing. Tweeting and RTing your hearts out and posting information where ever you can. ALL of this helps, every mention gets the word out just a little further and every dollar makes a difference.
We want to send you all hugs and chocolate for being so fabulous. Here at FanFicers, we couldn’t be more proud to call ourselves members of this fandom!
Keep up all the hard work. Check out the authors who have offered up a story or one-shot, maybe give a author you don’t know a go… try something new. The virtual gifts, like blog features and banner making are up for grabs too. Autographed merchandise and hand crafted items are open to be yours.

On another note… I think there was a midnight release of a movie last night? What was it…? OH RIGHT! That would be ECLIPSE! Did you go see it, and are you getting up for work this morning? Well grab that fresh cup of coffee and tell us what you thought. Please, for now, try to avoid the spoilers. We understand that some people haven’t had a chance to see it yet and we wouldn’t want to ruin it for them. So let’s get a general consensus on the movie, TWO THUMBS UP or MEH. IT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER?
